Community Guidelines

Humanity Circle is a place where you can offer, run, and exhange your services with ohers. All kinds ofthings are possible, and more to grow in the future. To keep this safe and as transparent for everyone we offer a set of guidelines to help keep everyone on a similar path. Below is a set of guidelines which helps you to understand what is good and not so good. It is not a definitive set of rules, and we always reserve the right to enforce changes to something which doesn’t fit, but we hope to offer you enough freedom to achieve your desired results.

What is prohibited:

Weapons and firearms
  •  Do not offer events that sell, transfer, exhibit or promote such items.
Unfaithful Business Practises:
  • Scams eg: non existant business schems, pyramid schemes, ‘get rich quick’ promotions or other such false initiatives
  • Promotion of material that is not part of your event promise
  • Spam users with unsolicited advertising, email marketing, surveys, or any other unrequested service.
Base any event on giveaways, lottery, raffels, or any other type of gambling:
  • promotion that is not specifically promoted to be for this sole reason
Privacy:
  • Attempt to take more information from users that is required on booking
  • Attempt to abuse users which have already bought a space for your event
  • Require further purchases, or informaiton other than what was reuqired at the booking
Misrepresentaiton:
  • Attempt to impersonate any public of governmental body
  • Resale of tickets or events without athorisation
  • Promise the use of venues or locations without the authorisation to do so
Misinformation
  • Endorse information that may leads to harmful reactions or suspcions
  • Claim Scientifically unproven or incorrect health advice which may lead to harmful inpact on consumers
  • Target Humanity Circle for misinformation attacks
Security:
  • Attempt to hack or breach security systems of Humanity Circle
  • Try to use other users profiles to create harmful material or errors
Illegal Activities
  • Anything which you know that is illegal
  • Illegal gambling
  • Use of illegal drugs, substances or practices
  • Intellectual property infringement
Human Trafficing
  • Promotes Human trafficking
  • Assists Human trafficking
  • Forced Labor
  • Forced Sexual acts or services
  • Forced Marriage
Violent, Danerous Events:
  • Terrorist activies, promotion or support
  • Hate speech
  • Support violence towards other social, entnic, or minority group
Bullying
  • Promotion of online bullying, shaming
  • Blackmailing theough online or in perosn events
  • Inciting violence against others in anyway
Minors
  • Provide any event that can cause manipulation, harm or abuse to children
  • Any kind of sexual content related to Minors (CSAM – Child Sexual Abuse Material)
  • Only events where the parent or Legal guardian have registered and paid for the are allowed to attend when under the age of 18 – when minors are allowed to attend
Animal Welfare
  • Trafficking, trade or any other illegal exploitation of animals
  • Illegal Hunting
  • Sexual abuse
  • Intentional harm to animals such as Maimin, mutilation, torture, wounding or killing. (Does not include stadard food preparartion or legal hunting)
Adult Sexual Content
  • Sexually explicit images in your event information or gallery
  • Pornography
  • Selling or solicitation of sexual activities
  • Explicit content about sexual fetishes
